Britt J. Rossiter joined Zashin & Rich in 2007. Britt has extensive experience representing employers in litigating and arbitrating workplace disputes in Ohio, California and throughout the country. Among the many types of disputes that Britt regularly handles are discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; minimum wage, overtime, meal and rest break, and other wage and hour claims; employee benefits disputes; and restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation. He has extensive experience in class and collective action litigation. Britt also counsels clients on compliance with a wide range of state and federal employment laws and regulations; prepares and updates employment policies, handbooks and contracts; and provides advice regarding employee discipline and termination. Law and Politics and Cincinnati magazines named Britt an “Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star” in Labor and Employment Law in 2006 and 2007. |
