
Patrick O. Peters joined Zashin & Rich Co., L.P.A. in 2007. Patrick's practice areas include labor relations, equal employment opportunity, employment discrimination, and all other employment related torts. Patrick provides guidance to employers concerning a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including overtime and minimum wage compliance, employment discrimination, retaliation and wrongful discharge.
Patrick defends employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and other state civil rights agencies. Patrick also litigates employment discrimination matters, overtime and minimum wage claims, family and medical leave act claims, and all other employment related torts in state and federal court.
Patrick earned his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and went on to earn his law degree, cum laude, (J.D.) from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Patrick is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Patrick is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland bar associations, the Defense Research Institute, and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. |
